APPLICABLE POLICIES
1. GROUND MOUNTED (GRID CONNECTED) SOLAR PV SYSTEMS
Capacity
- System size:
- Â = 500 kWp
- Voltage level:
- Upto 10 kW, 230V- single phase
- Above 10 kW and upto 25 kW, 400 V-Three phase
- Above 25 kW and upto 100 kW, 400 V-Three phase
- Above 100 kW, 11 kV-Three phase (HT)
- Conditions:
- Cumulative capacity of all solar systems installed in your area shall not exceed 30% of distribution transformer capacity2 in your area.
Ownership options
- Self ownership (CAPEXÂ model)
- Third party ownership (RESCOÂ model)
Billing Mechanism
- Half yearly (Sep & March)
- Any unadjusted electricity credits shall be paid as per Solar Energy Tariff Order by JERC
Others
- Exempted from wheeling, banking charges & cross subsidy surcharges
